All workers should be entitled to healthcare coverage; it benefits both the worker ant the company they work for. Workers with adequate healthcare coverage are likely to seek medical attention earlier than those without coverage. This will benefit their employer because it will increase the individual's productivity and it will reduce the time taken off of work for sick days.
