Healthcare coverage is a right for employees because it isn't just an economic issue, but a social and ethical issue as well. Economically, employees should be covered because it lessens lost revenue due to lost productivity by an injured or Ill worker. Health care coverage expedites the recovery process so employees can get back to work sooner. It is also important socially because most health care coverage isn't affordable to working-class people.
