UFCW 951 members nominate and elect Union leadership every three years. This includes five executive officers—President, Secretary-Treasurer, Recorder, and two Executive Vice-Presidents—as well as an Executive Board. Fifty-nine UFCW 951 members serve as Vice-Presidents on the Executive Board.

Each workplace also has Union leaders known as Stewards, appointed or elected, who serve as representatives of their fellow members with their employer.

Union Representatives are employees of UFCW 951 who help coordinate activities and support Stewards in their representing UFCW 951 members.  UFCW 951 assigned Reps roughly a dozen workplaces each and they are based in those units rather than in the Union office.
